I was born in Northern California and moved to Montrose Colorado in 1991. I am a mother of 3 sons and grandmother of 8, 4boys and 4 girls and they are the joy of my life. After running a take n bake business and a bookstore for 10 years , i decided to get my real estate license in 2007 just when the housing crash occurred. I learned about short sales and bank owned properties and how to sell a home when there is an oversupply of homes on the market. I have also seen the other side when there is a short supply of homes and more buyers than homes and how to write an offer that will beat out the competition.

I have experience in building homes as I have built 4 of my own and learned all that entails along the way.

I work with my clients on counseling them on staging their home to appeal to more buyers and which improvements will get them the greatest return on their investment.

I love real estate and always have. I love helping folks accomplish their real estate goals, whether it is their first home,downsizing,investing in the future or that vacation home they have always dreamed of.
